Bad Weather

we have tornado's moving in on us today =\ not a good thing. My nephew will be born today, my SIL is in the hospital now and they have recently broke her water so it hopefully wont be to much longer and he will be here. Today i am going to try and sit down and make a budget notebook so we can get on track better with our finances and not be living paycheck to paycheck anymore. Know any good ideas? comment me i would to hear them. Anyways im also going to start shopping weekly for groceries instead of getting everything at one time and expecting it to last a whole month. Hopefully these storms wont turn out to bad and they will go away pretty quick.
