1- Spreadsheets
Spreadsheets are a great way of keeping up with EVERYTHING. You can simply copy and paste things into their proper place and be able to just scroll through wit ease to help you stay on track.
So I have made a very simple spreadsheet for opps. What I do is post the opps that I have signed up for. Not to long ago I received an email stating that I had been black listed because I failed to post the HTML post for the giveaway. Even after countless times of searching my inbox trying to find the HTML. I felt horrible because I had forgotten about the giveaway and did not let the host know about this mistake until two days before the giveaway ends. So this little tool will hopefully help me keep up with everything. 2- Organizers
I went to Walmart and bought a "Day-timer" organizer in Red(My favorite color). The price was a bit much but I really needed it. Not only do I keep up with the opps on the spreadsheet I also keep up with active giveaways that i need to advertise for (there beginning and end dates.) Plus my daily family things that i need a reminder about.
3- Iphone Apps
The default calendar is a great tool too. I use it also so this way i don't have to carry around my organizer and i have everything (besides the opps) right on my phone.
Just thought I would share this because sometimes we lose emails or forget about them. This way there will be less names on the black lists and more readers who will enjoy great reviews/giveaways from your blog!
