How to make a video using video editing software---Tutorial for a simple video.

Do you have a digital camera? Do you take videos just about, as much as you do photos? What would you say if I told you that you could make HQ videos from your desktop? You would be happy right. Technology never ceases to stop growing.  I’m sure it won’t be long before the cars are flying. There are tons of devices that can be used to record a video (cell phones, i-pads , digital cameras  or actual video cameras). Whichever you choose to record with there are ways to make a normal (almost boring) video into an amazing one.   

The problem you may come across is choosing the right software to help you edit. My personal choice is Cyberlink. Sadly I have lost quite a few family members over the years and with each one I have made a memorial video by using Cyberlink DVD Suite Deluxe. The process is quick and easy, no complications have ever been experienced.

How I make videos with CyberLink:

Step 1: Open CyberLink and go to video & Photo (Click the camera.)

Step 2: Import your media I only used photos and a song for this video but if you were using video it would be done the same exact way.

Step 3: Your imported  media will appear in the box shown below.

Step 4: Drag and drop your media in to the section labeled one. After you have the video/photos you can click the two area to have the video quickly made. Also 3 lines down below the 1 section is where you would place your song file.

Step 5: Click the "Produce" tab and this box will appear click the circled area and follow the directions.

A great note: If you have a webcam why not point it at the Tree on Christmas eve? If you have enough space on your computer you can record the entire night so you can capture the surprise on your children's faces when they sneak into the living room! Just go to  capture and click record (make sure you have the webcam selected.)
