My thoughts:
Almost everyone has experienced the bed head or very tangled hair with their children. The knots are hurtful and can cause your children pain. This wonderful product causes the knots to untangle with ease. no more kicking and screaming or fighting just to brush your childrens hair. I even tested the product out on myself and it really works! My hair is long and VERY thick so in the mornings when I wake you can just imagine the mess that I have on my head. The knot genie brushed through it as if I had the smoothest hair in the world. No pulling and no pain! A really great product! 
Ease of use:
Very easy, no complications at all. 
Recommendations:
I HIGHLY recommend this product for parents or just people who have kinky hair, it really works wonders for children and adults!
