rolls. I was a little worried because I used Soy milk instead of real milk. But in the end they were a HUGE success!
The Recipe:
Ingredients
3 1/2 cups flour
1 pack active dry yeast
1 cup SILK original milk
1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbls ground cinnamon
1/4 c butter , softened
1 cup cream cheese icing - melted (microwave 45 secs)
Step 1.
Combine 1/2 cups flour & yeast (dry)
Set aside. In medium boiler heat milk, potatoes, butter , sugar & salt.
Stir until butter melts.
Remove from heat and add to flour mix along with eggs.
Stir with fork until well blended. & then beat on high for 3 mins.
Using large spoon stir in as much flour as you can.
Step 2.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead in enough of the remaining flour to make a moderately soft dough. (3 to 5 mins.)
Shape dough into ball. Place in a lightly greased bowl ;turn once ;cover, let rise 55 mins.
Step 3.
Punch dough down while still in bowl. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface.
Cover and let rise 10 additional mins.
Prepare your filling:
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/3 c cinnamon
mix in a small bowl .
Step 4.
roll dough into a large rectangle .
(LEAVE ONE SIDE -STRIP ON ONE OF THE LONGER SIDES UN-SPRINKLED).

\/
Spread butter over dough .
Sprinkle filling -- I thought I was using to much and it turned out I could have used a little more so don't go CRAZY here but more is better.
Roll Up.
Pinch dough to seams.
Slice roll . ( you could do 12, I made 16)
arrange in pan.
Cover and let rise 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 375 - Bake 20-25 mins.
As soon as they come out spread cream cheese icing over top.
