The amazing "Movie Clean" -- A quick Cleaning story :)

  Guess what I recently realized. Our movie collection is just out of control! We have DVD’s, VHS; yes we still have the dinosaur tapes even though they are in a rather large box and we have no way of playing them anymore. Do they even make VCR’s anymore? Our children love cartoons and anything to do with pirates, so over the years the collection has grown tremendously only now for me to realize that quite a few of them do not get watched or even taken from their cases that often. So, this mommy has decided it’s time for a little “Movie Clean”. While sifting through them I came across one of my favorites and several that I decided just needed to go. I contemplated on having a yard sale or just simply giving them away and that’s when the geek came out in me. Knowing that certain stores will purchase old games and/or gaming consoles I was on the mission to find a place that would buy my old DVD’s. After a quick Google search and going through countless websites I found several great places but only one really stood out. After signing up and going through a very quick and easy process I was able to print labels and send my old DVD’s in for some great cash. It’s not a lot of money but at least I have more room in our DVD collection to either add more movies that we will most definitely watch or simply have a nicer neater collection of DVD’s. My boy’s movie case sure did enjoy the little cleaning spree it was almost ready to burst at the seams! So let me ask you, do you have  a DVD collection that could use a nice cleaning? I'm sick =(

A little over a month ago I had a horrible head cold it was completely awful and I was miserable , well Thursday it decided to just come back out of no where and knock me on my ass . This morning I got up at like seven am and I didn't even have my normal coffee --- i wasn't in the mood. I sat here and talked with the hubby for a bit took some medicine and then crawled back in the bed. It's now 12:37 and my hubby just woke me up at  1130 . He  made the kids breakfast this morning and everything, I swear I don't know what i'd do without him. 

Now the kids are down for their naps and i'm sitting here debating on eating or not, i'm not vomiting or anything but the "non tasting" really bothers me. So now i'm going to try to schedule some posts and get some cleaning done.  Hopefully by Monday everything will be back to normal =)

An explanation

Have you noticed --- the deadness here at coasahmom.com? I have and it blows! ---- We're moving so for the past month we have been traveling to the "new" home and working on it ---leaving hardly anytime for anything else to be done. This is not an excuse for my "laziness" towards the blog or you my readers -- i understand that. I however do hope that you can find it in your AMAZING hearts to forgive me for having a life lol ---- Things are slowly starting to come together and once we are moved and setup things should/WILL turn back to normal and this gal will bring BIGGER & BETTER reviews/giveaways to you my LOVELY and AWESOMELY AMAZING readers! I love you all and hope you are all doing well!

Fall is in the air- Well briefly...

You just have to love love love Alabama weather!!! Today the high is like in the lower 70s, yesterday however it didn't get above 42! I had the heat on yesterday all day and earlier this afternoon i had to kick the air on briefly...

So the FALL season is still underway! And it's also one of my favorite seasons{spring is the other}. The colors, the smells, the camp-fires, the everything! I love everything that comes with Fall.

Dr.s Today

Today my youngest is going in for his checkup which includes shots. So it may not be so much fun after we get there. Right now he is all happy and staring at me as I type this lol. He loves the computer, pulling the mouse & keyboard off & into the floor lol. Anyways Yesterday we had scattered showers and last night I was able to capture this amazing shot.

Since we have moved out here, the sky has been my favorite model. I love taking photos of the clouds and the many shapes they can make. Its just beautiful out here. So open, secluded, and quiet! Simply amazing! Anyways think the boys and I are going outside to go play will post again when they laydown for their naps with the monthly menu spreadsheet and tutorial!
